Among the areas that are strongly enhanced for tourism at this time of year, we Paracas National Reserve where not only can enjoy the most beautiful beaches, which are very well managed by the National Service of Protected Natural Areas State - SERNANP, but can appreciate a large concentration of migratory birds from different parts of the world such as the Flemish and plovers.
Furthermore, this National Reserve has a wide range of beautiful and inspiring landscapes with whimsical formations exceeding 45 million years old, and which can be seen fossiliferous sediments and fossil samples.
Another interesting destination is the system of islands, islets and Tips Guaneras in the Ica region, of which the most visited by domestic and foreign tourists are the Ballestas Islands, where you can see marine mammals such as sea lions.
It must be noted, too, that the Ballestas Islands are part of the chain of guano islands most important and productive in our country, being known as "the fate of the birds of a billion dollars."
